Dr Giorgos Papadavid and Dr Christiana Papoutsa met at ARI premises in order to organise the activities needed for informing the farmers. Mr Michalis Nicolaou act as a link in order to meet and visit the farmers. The team visited several farmers at their fields informing them regarding the SWSOIP Project. Τhe names and other important information related to the farmers who wish to participate in the project were collected. During this first contact with the farmers, important preliminary information was collected such as farmers’ names, contact information (telephone number) as well as the crops type that are planning to cultivate and the indicative cultivation periods.
